    This is a normal process our body does in order to flush toxins out from our system. If pathways are impaired, then our bodies start to have symptoms of toxic overload.

    Minerals act as cofactors for enzyme reactions, helps transfer nutrients across cell membranes, maintains pH balance in the body, among many other roles. 

  • Hydration

    Water is THE most important nutrient in the body and makes up about 55-60% of our total body mass.
